Dinocoins do not increase in value and are not an investment. Dinocoins may not be redeemed, rolled over, or converted for or into cash. Dinocoins are non-transferrable and may only be used by the original purchaser. Dinocoins may not be used to make any payment or to satisfy any other obligation to Company, or to any of Company’s successors or assigns, other than in direct connection with its redemption for Company's products or services by the purchaser and holder of the Dinocoin. No person may purchase or use any Dinocoin in violation of or to circumvent any requirements under a federally funded grant program. Dinocoins may not under any circumstances be aggregated or combined with credit for any purchase whatsoever.
